INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 medium banana, very ripe
- 3/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed ice
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth, making sure the ice is completely crushed. HOW EASY IS THIS? EVEN A CHILD CAN MAKE THIS WITH ADULT SUPERVISTION.
